Instant coffee has it's place

Backpacking activities call for travelling lite, and the hauling the espresso machine doesn't cut muster. Anyone have any preferred (note I didn't say "good" ) instant coffee suggestions?

A former coworker of mine ( who hales from South Africa, where he claims instant is the preferred variety of coffee) prefers Tasters Choice.
