I made a cup this morning after approximately 18 hours rest. There were lots of earthy flavors and aromas with this cup. It was smooth going down with no perceptible after taste.
Towards the end, there was a bitter aftertaste but nothing too terrible. I'll try a second cup tomorrow and see what the extra rest does for it.
