get a really large strainer that has a fine mesh weave. Put beans in strainer over bowl and pour melted chocolate over the beans and stir carefully. Let chocolate filter down over the beans until excess has dripped out. Pour beans out onto wax paper on cool counter top to dry. Should work
Do a little bit at a time and it should coat the beans evenly.
