I told one of my coworkers the other day that I usually drink 3-5 cups of coffee in the morning. Is that too much? I need it to get throught the day!

I try to limit myself to 2 cups per day, but sometimes I have 3.
I also cheat by having cups of tea, also!

Well, I gotta say that I don't drink sodas (unless it's a rum and coke)nor do I eat much chocolate or sugar. I've always been an insomniac, even before I started to drink coffee. I am cutting down to 2 cups a day, now though.

especially when it comes to Starbucks
