Is the irish mob like the italian with rules and regulations. Like for instance do they only let people of pure irish blood in, and do they have a code of silence and all those things?

Most of the high rank crew members were Full Irish, your soldiers in the other hand were mix blood. A code of silence of course.

There are not many rules in the Irish Mob. Most of the rules are as follows:

1) No ratting on other members
2) No relationships with members/associates wives, girlfriends or daughters
