An interesting twist......when I try to get into Profile Manager

from the Run function, I keep getting a message that tells me that Firefox is already running and to close it out. I even did a complete shutdown and I still get that message. I went into Task Manager and could not find firefox running!!! This is so frustrating!

BTW, when I ran the various anti programs I did run them all in full mode!

I am going to try and get into safe mode and run them but that means I will be gone for a bit!!!
