I once asked for a quote on a specific watch by using the standard form on ToS. I recieved a friendly reply within a few days, but it didn't contain an answer on my simple inquiry. I replied, again pointing out what I wanted to know, but never got a reply. I then concluded that ToS wasn't worth it. After all, how do you deal with a company that doesn't want to reveal the prices of the products it's selling??
When asking Markus Tschopp for a quote on the same watch I recieved a reply within hours containing exactly what I wanted to know, no more, no less. I reckon Markus and Zeetan are among the best in this business. |
