Hello R'a'kan what ip scanner are you using for hunting proxies ?, did you know that it is illegal to scan for http ftp socks proxyz. Personly i prefer to use accessdiver among with google and lycos
yahoo searches for http www ftp socks4 socks5 quid https ssl anonymouse proxy-lists,port 80 and port 8080 is moostly used as www http standard ports for best performance within acessdiver.
