what happened to the escargots?

I hope that's just a sauce of some kind.

eek I think I'd prefer to stick with the creme brulee.

I'm not sure if I've ever had that.

the green sauce in the escargots is just butter, parsley, garlic ect. mopped up with bagguette. beautiful and simple.

you need to be more adventerous that's for sure, my friend. starting with eating garlic
