a convection one that is (i don't have a real oven). but then again i am a rubbish baker. well, my "guinea pigs" [who are actually my flesh and blood mates] are always ever so happy to eat everything up as my bloke and i can only finish 1/3 of it. Banana & Dried Cranberry Muffins, and Savoury Muffins. both are very easy even for me who's a rubbish baker!
