recipe from a little Sechuan cookery book i got while in Vietnam last winter. the sauce is everything here. the drumsticks have no taste so they rely heavily on the sauce. the accompanied wine completes my meal.

haven't had it in a long time, but there's a well-reviewed Szechuan
Chinese restaurant near my work (Main and Broadway.)

it's a province in south china. its cuisine is spicy and different from the rest of china. i hate chinese food, i do, but if i must have chinese it's gotta be 'sechuan' food. the slimy sweet and sour pork, chow mein, and all that shite they can keep them all, or feed the pigs with.
