I don't recall seeing corn in 'fried rice' before.

hahhaha......an oxymoron? still, GROSS! try Sechuan cuisine and swear off so-called 'chinese cusine' from now on. i'll be in Chengdu, Sechuan for a 4, 5 days while waiting for Tibet visas and flight tickets to come through. excited about exploring the region's famous cuisine!
