what is Gremolata?

heck I still don't really know exactly what pesto is!

I just know I didn't like it when I tried it once. :p

gremolata is a mixture of lemon rind, garlic, herbs such as rosemary, parsley etc. in Italy they sprinkle it on ossobuco.
