fresh lamb smoked sausage from the organic butcher tastes superior, surpasses all so-called authentic traditional smoked sausages [crap!] in the country.
my garlic and rosemary mash goes brilliantly with the lamb sausage.
black salsify is a forgotten root. it's a hassle to prepare but the result is rewarding!
