surprisingly i liked Czech sausages. got them from street stalls and supermarkets a few times.

the filling reminds me of danish pastry. this stuff is loved in Moravia, south of the country.

That pastry looks similar to one in Finland. The dough isn't particularly sweet and the filling is quark and sometimes raisins as well. I need to find some quark!

i never knew what quark was until i came here! it's as plentiful as yoghurt, and i tell you, nobody eats as much yoghurt as Dutchies! it's ridiculous :D

i like it too. i've used it to make tsatziki, sauces, cakes and so on and so on plenty of times.
