pork tenderloin steamed in sweet spring beer. hated the beer so i used it for steaming instead. the food is good, the photo sucks this time.

I'm not much for steamed meats, not that I haven't enjoyed them. I never make them myself preferring some good Mailliard action and crispy bits. Hmm ... guess I do fish en papillote occasionally. Oh, I've steamed sausage in beer in the sauna! Now *that's* steamy.
