i was going to post the Portuguese series but decided i should catch up on other lose ones first as the Pt stuff is an on going thing. i keep making things from my Pt cookery books to add to it. too many sweet things it's insane. so far i've only made rice pudding, the rest sounds like your cassava cake and condense milk sort of sweets. oww...my teeth are hurting again...

Aaaah! We've been dying for some lobster around here. I may have to settle for a Dungeness. Today I'll stuff some shrimp into an avocado and just pretend.

My fridge is full of various salads and greens from the farmer's market so it's all salad all the time here too.

Heheheh ... foodgasm ... bang! :P

I like how the lobster seems to be crawling towards the camera
reaching with his claws.

I feel bad that I've had less than 3 lobsters in my life,
even though I grew up in a lobster trapping province.

(my family wasn't much into seafood. too bad for me.)
