Well I have started taking those vits again for long hair. WE will see how it goes. I measured my hair and it is now 15 3/4 " almost to my first goal of 16 inches....My bangs are still at the tip of my nose. I think they grow slower than the rest of my hair? Okay welll hopefully when I report on June 20 something I will have reached my first goal :O) see ya then
