Tang smiled. Candice was running with thoughts and idea's from his suggestions. She seemed quite possibly impressed with his business sense and virtues. Soon enough he'd have to impress her with his other abilities. His handling of the stars and roster. She was already seeing some of his affect on one end of the candle. What dramatic changes would reap burning both sides.
"Excellent idea Candice. Some of the stars are already working with merchandizing. This would be an excellent way to draw more into that group, rewarding those who are already there as well. To include a cut, my figures will have to be redrawn unfortunately. Before we part ways, I will leave you with what I have. A rough start up and display for the exec meeting."
"How long do you think the new numbers, and percentages will take?"
"Not too long. The foundation is already there. Just have to get a perspective on how many competitors will participate. Tweak the figures as necessary."
"You have until Wednesday."
"Oooo a deadline. Tough but fair, I like that in a boss. Should be plenty of time."
Secretly Tang was sweating his cut off date. There was a ton to accomplish in little time. He thrived on such things however. Accomplishing the impossible. Making the unbelievable, believable. The furthest dreams made to happen. Candice didn't need to know the complicacies of the matter. She didn't want to know either. That wasn't the big boss' job. Her job was to make the people below her, do their job. Arranging it all into a syncro mesh.
"A meeting with Mr. Blade is already scheduled. Second thing in the morning actually. In the mean time I would dare trade your wonderful company for his. I'm many things, but a fool I am not."
Interesting. When had Mr. Tang secured an appointment with Chris. Candice had been with this man since his arrival.
"You already have a meeting with Mr. Blade?"
"Yes'em. I scheduled it the same day I spoke with your secretary. Taking initiative, just incase I did get the job. Much to discuss. The new DWF private air line. Paint scheme's for the planes. Best way to get every possible gain from them we can. Imagine if you would. Viper stretched down the length of a 737-700, having just delivered a text book vertical suplex. DWF Logo on the tail fin. Should get a lot of new consumer's looking our way. Perhaps Viper wont agree, but you can see the possibilities. Especially the Airbus A380 representing us on international travel. The full roster stretching down the body of the massive plane. Markets rich with new fans to gain. Locally the two 737's wont carry anything so new, but will be a fair reminder of the DWF. Most of the U.S. already knowing the name. Not to mention the benefits to roster and staff, as far as travel is concerned. We'll only need to operate one plane at a time. So a lucrative lease deal for the spares. Pushing our name even more, and off setting operating costs to other companies."
"And how Mr. Tang will DWF afford to acquire, and operate these craft?"
"Planes aren't cheap, but it's already taken care of. Bringing me aboard, Well you get more then you see."
She'd ignored his earlier compliment. Tang was a little disappointed, but so be it. Candice was all business apparently. Or perhaps she'd only been distracted. He was coming with lefts and rights. Hitting the DWF president with all sorts of ideas.
