Victoria blinked a few time as if to make sure the blonde was still in front of her. Putting her feet on the stationary part of the treadmill, she quickly turned it off and shook her head.
"No, its ok, I was in my own little world and didn't expect to just see someone right in front of me when I opened my eyes. Its been a while, I guess my awareness is a little slacking and needs some work. Forgot just how much I have to be on my toes in this place."
She smirked as she stepped to one side of the treadmill and then off the machine onto the solid floor, her legs still feeling as if it were pacing on the machine.
"Well I seem to be getting that response from a few others too."
She took a step over and grabbed the towel she had on top of her bag and just dabbed at her forehead slightly to relieve it from the few drops of sweat that had formed. Her eyes then looked back over at Kaly. It has been a long time. And she had gotten the same response from Viper. It wasn't surprising. Truth be told, if things didn't work out the way they had she herself believed she would still in New York.
But life had a funny way of making her backtrack. She just wished it was on better terms.
"I'm sure there are a lot of people that never thought they would see me here again, me included to be truthful."
Victoria let a short laugh escape her lips as she dropped the towel back down on her bag. Looking Kaly over, she didn't seem to change much. No worse for wear just like Victoria. Thou she was sure that the years had been more pleasant than they were for Victoria.
"How has it been. It has been a while since I've seen you. Things are going well I hope?"
