Rules
- All targets are to be shot at 10M (no part of the forward foot can be past the 10M line).
- Targets to be standard 10M rifle and 10M pistol, which can be purchased, or printed from online sources. Regulation targets in downloadable (PDF) format can be found here:

- Rifle offhand is defined as: the rifle is supported only by the shooter's arms, shooter standing, with no ancillary support - IE - no leaning against a wall, no shooting jacket, etc.
- Pistol offhand is defined as: single hand hold, shooter standing, with no ancillary support.
- Pistol "open" hold is defined as: single or two hand hold, shooter standing, with no ancillary support.
- Scores tallied, and "winners" posted on a 1 week match rotation. Match runs from Monday to Sunday. Winners retain bragging rights until the scores from subsequent matches are posted.
- Scoring is by the honour system, submitted by post to the AVA. One score per class, in as many different classes as you wish to shoot, per match.
- Scores to be posted in the following format:
Start a reply post to this main post, with your name or screen ID, and then post all your score info exclusively to that post as shown in the example. This way, we will have a list of competitors showing in the main forum screen. Include the following info for each class you shoot:
1) Class (1a or ??).
2) Score - xxx/100.
3) Gun used - make, model, etc.
4) Sight description - front and rear - ie - bead front/tangent rear or globe front with post insert/ diopter rear, etc.
5) Distance - 10M standard - for those that have limited space, 7.5M.
- The scoring ring must be broken, not just touching the outer edge, for the score to count at the value of the next scoring ring. If any part of the ring can be seen, the lower score applies.

7) Recoiling springer pistol - open sights, open hold.

10) Unlimited pistol - any powerplant, any sighting system (scope, red-dot,laser?), open hold.
Antique Class
11) Any rifle manufactured prior to WW2. Stock sights, offhand.
12) Any pistol manufactured prior to WW2. Open hold.
