I was about 75 percent of the way done modifying the front pivot piece when
I broke it. Since it's made of cast aluminum, it's about as strong as wet
shredded wheat. Haven't decided if I'm going to try to hand fabricate it
out of steel or what. It looks like it may be a bit of a chore, which is why
I guess they decided to cast it originally.
