FWB 65 MK II value?

I have a chance to buy an FWB 65 MK II in excellent condition but the receiver has been drilled and tapped by Beeman for a scope mount. It comes with an extra grip and the grip on it is a nice adjustable target grip. Also included is a new spring and reseal kit. Anybody know what a value on such a pistol would be. I have a Blue Book and know what it says but want more real world numbers if possible. No box or papers included either.
