new owner of BSA improved model D in .22 s/n 50603 (Pictures added)

Hello everyone.
I just recently purchased the BSA improved model D in .22 caliber s/n 50603. It's in good condition, seems to be all original, missing the barrel-mounted rear sight (there is only one stock-mounted).
The protection shroud around the front sight looks original, however the sight itself is maked "LYMAN", for some reason there is no BSA logo on the left of stock...
It outputs 365 FPS with JSB 15.9 grains pellets (the ones I use for Edguns testing).
Based on the s/n I'd estimate 1912 production date, would like some advise on my FPS and whether it's worth redoing piston, replacing springs and finding the rear sight.
