I have a Crosman 600 pistol in my collection, however when I attempt to fire it with a new Co2 capsule, it cycles like a machine gun, with the cam operating very rapid, but it does not pick up the pellets and discharges the capsule in seconds.
I am reluctant to take it apart beforeI know more of how it works.
My feelings are that it could be a seals or valve problem and would seek any advice as to what the problem is.
Parts are available in the UK where I live, with this pistol being a rare item which makes them expensive.
As a point of intrest, it is believed that the criminal use of a Crosman 600 pistol, by a woman seeking revenge on a man, led to all Co2 powered guns being banned in the UK for many years.
