I think its the 27 all the way. I'll only have $150 in it when all is said and done. The 807 looks like a later model, and from the pics it might have the plastic blade. It was dark colored, and I couldn't see the screws. The pic also showed what might have been an ever so slight upward bend to the barrel. I have read your posts on the 27 often, and have been looking and not finding one for years. I have many other mid power springers, so I know the collection needs a 27. As an aside I started 15 years ago with a RWS 24 T03 which isn't the most desirable variant, but it got me started on the journey. Glad I started with less power, and I still feel that is the way to go.
