I have an FWB 300S with a seriously buggered barrel - no hope of salvaging it. All the rest of the parts and internals are good.
Has anyone ever re-barreled an FWB 300S? Is the barrel pressed into the breech block, or threaded? I've looked it over from every angle, and I really can't see how the barrel is held in place.
Alternatively, does anyone have just a barreled main tube that is surplus to their needs?
I know it's a long shot, but the guys here have come through on some other rather obscure parts for me in the past, so here is a new challenge.
Any info or leads would be most appreciated.
