But I just shot my personal best score of 52/60 at our local club's FT match this past Saturday, using my "tweaked" FWB 300S, topped off with a Bushnell Elite 3200, 5-15 scope. My previous best score was 51/60, which I shot about 2 years ago.
Not bad for a gun that started out three years ago as a broken, beat-up, basket case, parts gun. (not quite as bad as Jim's though - LOL).
JUST KIDDING! Nothing gives me a greater vicarious thrill than tales of young guys with fashionable new guns, being whupped-up-on (East Tennessee slang) by old guys with old guns!
You just keep on shooting, and keep on reporting, my friend! Those of us whose shooting skill tops out at the at minute-of-beer-can accuracy level, will continue to enjoy it....
