Priced way too high, imo, but, after the recent 342 auction what do I know.

Interesting because this looks really complete in terms of paperwork. Can't recall seeing the green warning tag about warranty void if other than Hy Score pellets used.

ephemera values

May 25 2017, 6:50 PM

Dean,it seems USA collectors are 'waking' to the value of boxes,brochures,hang-tags, pellet containers,in fact anything that comes with a gun and isn't liable to last long in the normal course of events! The Brits have been at it for ages. Way down here at the bottom of the world I never seem to get 'first bite of a cherry'....but an ever vigilant eye occasionally comes up trump(s) for me! wink.gif

Not sure that this "waking" is anything new. I woke to this realization that the paper is much rarer than the guns, sometime back in the '80s. Some of the biggest battles I've had with other collectors has been over rare paper.

Today my efforts are more restricted and I rarely go looking for paper other than Benjamin and Crosman, so, in doing so, am happy to leave a few cherries left unpicked.
