Connecting MP2000-2-Triton-2-Digi001

how do you connect the Mpc2000 to the triton to the digi001? right now i have my triton connected to the digi001 as the master through midi and thats how i want to keep it....... i want to have the mpc2000 as a slave.... i know how to connect the audio cables, i just need help setting up the midi and after setting up the midi how would i work it?
