Helps if a problem arises, such as USPS sending the package to various, miscellaneous locations, Bill helped take care of the problem, stayed on top of it, had great communication as none of the "Problem" was his fault in shipping, but was a good guy and helped settle the problem AND stayed in touch, both email and phone..., can't ask for more. Would not hesitate to trade with again, although we may decide on a different shipper next time:)
