Josh Graham....Bad Experience.

I hate to do this. This is the first time that i have posted a bad BOI on someone. I bought a Logun Professional Mark 2 from him. I had made a post on the Yellow Forum asking about Royale 500 25 cal. he promptly emailed me and stated that they are not what I would want. That he happened to have what I needed. A gun that will shot a single ragged hole at 50, and 5/8inches at 100 yards. Well...it wasn't THIS Logun. I never could hit paper with it, even at 10 yards. I finally screwed off the Muzzlebrake endcap ( a homemade mess, that, after I disassembled it showed that it had been slipped OVER the factory moderator, which had holes bore all through it) It was a mess. There was two gouges in the air tube.Let's see: Oh yeah, he stated that A.Z. the PCP tuner had tuned it (and I verified that) and that Alan Z. had said that it was more accurate than any Rapid that he had ever had in his hands. ALan Z. said that simply was not so. He did not and would not EVER say that.
I was told that two stocks where coming. I recieved one. I emailed Josh and he said that the other one was being shipped directly to me from the shop that was dipping it. I called that shop and they had never heard of me, and knew nothing of shipping a stock to me, that, as far as they knew, the stock was to be shipped back to Josh.
I finally got all of that mess off the front of my $1442 rifle, and have been shooting it today with a variety of pellets. At fifty yards, golf ball size groups. I emailed Josh about a refund. "Oh that money is already gone. I used it to pay my wife's medical expenses." So...no refund. That's all I want. A refund. I even offered Josh the option to refund me $1042 and I would just GIVE him 400 bucks for the opportunity to shoot his Logun. Now its my Logun. And it's too late in the summer to be staking tomatoes, or that's what I'd use it for.
