Posted: Theoban Eliminator and 4200 Elite scope - I responded to the add and was the 1st responder with "I'll take it" - sent him an email at prfct300@windstream.net - asking him how I could pay the $900 he was asking for the combo and how much was shipping - he replied that all though a hard case was included he did not have a box it would fit in for shipping - I replied

"Why would you relist an airgun that you and I had an agreement on? The last email I sent asked you how I should pay you and I asked you for your address to send you a box for shipping!??????"

Each time I put my phone number in my emails and asked for a call - I was waiting for a reply when up popped the listing up again - here is his reply cut and pasted from his email:

"My apologies. First time seller.
My screw up.
Usually delete e-mails as soon
as I read.
I do not buy or sell stuff this way.
I usually buy firearms thru a
guy I know that has an FFL.
I just tell him what I want he
gets it for me.
Again sorry for my ignorance.
After all the flame posts and
e-mails, I will stick to firearms."

Needless to say I would not try to buy anything from him in the future.

I think you get the point, if further clarification needed I an put them in the proper order of happening.
