I was in need of a QB stock. Rob offered up his free since he was getting a custom job. Rob wouldn't accept reimbursement for shipping and just requested I "pay it forward" by helping someone else out. I had a two separate sales go bad with another member and was bummed I got rooked twice. Rob's gesture restores my faith that good people are the rule and we should just forget about the stinkers.
