Following the links and looking at the post it looks like the buyer got exactly what was listed, if the buyer does not understand that another part is needed it is not the sellers fault. It would be simple to give a refund but that is totally up to the seller, you can not demand a refund when you make a mistake and buy something that is not what you thought it was.
