Of Memorial Cups I have to attend before I'm allowed to have an opinion on where they are contested.

Really, the league exists beyond Kelowna. It was here before there was a team in Kelowna, it will be here after the team leaves Kelowna. There are other clubs in this league, and alot of them are capable of being good hosts. There has never been a memorial cup in Red Deer. Kelowna wasn't a terrible host, but with options like Red Deer available there is simply put no way in hell that they should be considered as hosts again this soon. Maybe sometime after 2020 or so.

You guys really need turn the volume down on the egos. Considering how great a host Red Deer obviously would be, I don't know how you could argue that Kelowna is the best choice, so soon after hosting.
