try the shoe on the other foot

what if one of your loved ones was the one 'shooting all over the place for the hell of it' (or something a little less ridiculous), and unintentionally murdered someone?

A funny thing, that experience thing is...

What if you were walking down the street one day, and you kicked an empty can that scared a squirrel or something, and it ran onto on the road, and a car saw it and swerved out of the way, hit a mailbox which was launched into the air into a big truck of bananas, and then theres bananas all over the place and then a guy slips on one and dies? Is the can kicker the same type of killer as scarface? Do I really need to answer that for you?

Anyways, this whole discussion is clearly ridiculous. Intent is a big part of real murder, and its one discernable trait that can seperate the two in a world where things definitely should not be that black and white.

Frankly this whole knee jerk reaction from alot of people is careless and ignorant beyond measure.
