Blades hire assistant coach for Memorial Cup run

by Pepper Carrot

The former Blade and 3rd overall NHL pick played over 15 years in the NHL and SHOULD have been with the Blades in 89 for their Cup run. He will get his chance this year.

In other Blades news, Braden Holtby may have earned his rightful spot on the Capitals. After an excellent post season coming out party, the Caps have traded away Thomas Vokun to the Penguins, likely to make room for Holtby.
