with Reinhart, Murray, Dumba ,and Rielly being touted as top 10 1st rounders, there is a prospect who has improved in every aspect for 3 straight seasons, and that is Dalton Thrower, with 18 goals and 54 points(13 more points than Midget AAA teammate Colton Sissons, who for some unknown reason is touted as a top 20 pick by some (41 points in 2 straight seasons AS A FORWARD ) FORTY ONE POINTS...no BS it is a 'D' Heavy 1st round, with stats like that...first round picks used to have 41 GOALS minimum.
Look for Dalton to be drafted late 1st,with Canucks being worst scenario, and Bruins best. With Chara around for a few more, and Doogie Howser 'The future' in Beantown,Dalton would have a perfect situation to work himself into by the time he's 21 or so,with little pressure, and tons of AHL icetime. Of course,I was just speculating on my 2 favorite teams, and who knows what may happen.
BTW ~ Sissons could become a 3rd-4th line checker/grinder...not ripping on him , but he is way more of a pro project than prospect. An NHL or pro career of any type is an awesome way to make a living.
