Pine for the old days all you want. Acting like you have a clue about being an enforcer or fighting in the WHL is just living a fantasy life. As for players being soft, I would think some of it has something to do with them having avenues and options to not have to get their heads caved in if they don't want to. I think the Rypiens, Belaks and Bogaards wouldn't mind the option of their boys being soft, if there was even a 1 percent link between them being tough and being gone. I have no problem with tough hockey. But until you have done it, you have no clue what tough is or isn't.
