I think it is more of a case of not fitting in the role that was needed than "not being able to cut it" kind of things.
As long as he comes in in good shape and has a good camp, he should have a spot on second line and play some PP and PK. And he should do good.
But as I stated in my initial post on this, the Honey-Rouse-Troock line is the only line that I can see in the start of the season. Even then, if Rouse get blown out of the water by Lockart at camp, you never know what direction the coaches will take. It will be an interesting camp for sure.
