Just voted to accept Chris Hansons "memorandum of understanding" to build a dual use faciliy to bring the NBA amd NHL to Seattle. What does this mean? Just means the county agrees the plan is a good deal and can move forward. Just another step towards the Kings and Coyotes moving to Seattle.
