I had not read about the Windsor Spitfire situation until after you mentioned it. Yes, that would be my guess as well (it is because money was offered although no specifics are given) and I can see your 'I told you so' aspect. You are making a believer out of me to some extent after all! I am still hesitant to think it is as widespread as some people suggest and if I am wrong about that the messsage sent to the Spitfires should be a cautionary tale for anyone else who tries it.
