The Great Lakes District looks forward to working with our new Executive Director in 2006 and beyond.

We all will miss the long, hard, work that Kathy Phillips has done to develope the ESA in reputation and stature. The Great Lakes has directly benefitted many times through the ESA's intervention on issues of competition, environment, and gaining and protecting vital surf locations.
