i was thinkin

May 9 2006, 10:55 AM

I had actual print in mind. Something closer to a lakesurf newsletter (at first) just to keep up the stoke on the flat spells, and have updates, forecasts, showcases of local talent (if they want to be showcased). I just think that lakesurfing is going to explode in the next few years, and this will be a way for us all to have a say in its development, and therefore in lakesurf history.

I'm still fairly new to the whole lakesurf scene, but would definitely be interested in helping out any way I could!

Yes, I think that sounds like a cool idea. I'm only a beginner but I've got stacks of photos and would contribute in whatever way I can.

Beginners are what we need

Some of our best articles that we will be using in the first issue will be from beginners: your stories of how you heard about lakesurfing, your first session memories, how your life has changed since. etc.

Craig has lakesurf.com

Lakesurf Magazine would be a seperate domain. I would give Craig Kemnitz a heads up notification. He might have already read our forum. He is a lifetime member of the ESA.
