Extremely small conditions, only surfable by the pier, 0.5 - 1.0 ft. with one freak set of 3 ft. I surfed from 4:45 to 6:30 and caught 3 decent rides, considering the conditions. I was able to stand up fully and ride for about 3 seconds until the wave died right on shore. Small but fun nonetheless and happy to get a ride today.
The water is still pretty cold, I was wearing my 7 mil booties, 5/3 mm with hood off after about 20 minutes and 3mm gloves. Lots of algae in the water, the beach area was tolerable but to get out by the point you'd have to break through 20 ft of sludge before reaching the "clean" part that only contained algae.
