Message to ESA Great Lakes Surf Team going to ESA Northeast Regional Championships:

Any withdrawals for slotted ESA Great Lakes Team members for the ESA Northeast Regional Surf Championships need to be made no later than by 12 P.M. on Thursday 10 May 2007 in order to get your check refunded. Call (716)884-7781 to enter a verbal withdrawal directly with me or with the answering machine.


Alternate surfers may also withdraw by the same process. However if you do not inform me of your wish to withdraw before your event; or do not show up at least twenty minutes for your preliminary division heats when and if an opening occurs then a competitor forfits a check refund.

This is normal ESA competition information that every competitor should know. Things happen and if you can't compete than this is the process for getting your entry fees refunded.
