On Sunday Septemeber 9th we will be having a contest in the "Poiseideon's Rage" wave pool at the Mt. Olympus water & theme park in the Wisconsin Dells.

Here are the details:

GUARANTEED WAVES! Park admittance only $10.

Sunday September 9th, 2007 8:00 am first heat will hit the water at the Mt. Olympus Theme Park in Wisconsin Dells.

This will be an officially sanctioned contest as a qualifier for the Northeast Regional Surfing Championships, which will be held at Montauk, Long Island, New York in May 2008 and the 2008 Eastern Surfing Championships at Cape Hatteras, North Carolina in September, 2008.

Competitors must be a member of the ESA in good standing and sign a waiver of liability. We will run both Open Shortboard and Open Longboard events and award points based on one's age division.

We will have more details at the ESA table in Sheboygan this weekend and a sign up sheet. If you don't sign up ahead of time, you won't get in.

This is a fun wave and will be a great contest.
