This footage below was shot last Sunday in Kincardine, Ontario, Canada on the shores of Lake Huron. The waves were significantly smaller than we experienced earlier in the day at another spot where the local people drove over to see us after our surfing and to compliment us and give us beer in appreciation for our surfing.

We drove three hours in Furminger's Volkswagon van to Kincardine. We checked out many places before we surfed and afterwards did more checking and walking through wood paths for more checking before we settled for the sunset diminishing swell here that was basically fit most for longboarding. I'm ecstatic to see that the shots of me surfing here and to still be able to surf after coming back from cancer and the loss of my left eye.

This trip was similar to long ago trips that the Wyldewood Surf Club took to New Jersey but the waves scores are better today because of modern technology that we lacked back then.

Thank You Geoff for staying on shore and shooting this footage and later editing it into a short film that accurately portrays our stoke and hubris from this wonderful surf adventure in the Great Lakes.
