Ice Boom/Ice Image/Green Water flowing into Lakes Erie and Ontario.

Now look below at the green flow into Lake Saint Clair between Lakes Huron and Erie. It's too cold for algea to be growing. I don't think that the satellite filters would tint other colored water that is flowing into the lakes in this manner. What is in that Spring run off flowing into the southern Great Lakes?
